Community Quality Care Services Ltd is a home care agency founded on a simple belief: that people should be able to live well, safely and independently in the place they know best — their own home.
Our mission
We exist to help people across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire stay safe, comfortable and connected in their own homes — with support that adapts as life changes. For some, that means a little help each day; for others, round-the-clock live-in care. Whatever the level, our aim is the same: to preserve independence and dignity.
We work closely with clients, families and healthcare professionals to build care that truly fits. We listen first, plan carefully, and stay in touch — because good care is an ongoing relationship, not a one-off arrangement.
Our care philosophy
Person-centred care means starting with the person, not the task. We take time to understand routines, history, preferences and what a good day looks like — then shape support around that. We believe familiar carers, consistency and clear communication are what turn a service into real, trusted care.

Training & safeguarding
Our carers are recruited through proper checks, including enhanced DBS and reference checks, and receive training for the care they provide. Safeguarding the people we support is central to how we work — we take our responsibilities seriously and keep clear, accurate records of the care delivered.
We work in partnership with GPs, district nurses, social workers and hospital teams so that care is joined up and safe.
